I'm a Corporate security and safety leader with over 25 years of combined experience in Military, Law Enforcement, and Private Sector Security. I specialize in building and managing high-impact programs that protect people, assets, and operations in fast-paced, high-risk environments.

My areas of expertise include:
*Physical security program design and implementation
*Emergency response, incident command, and SOC operations
*Workplace Violence prevention/intervention and threat assessment
*Collision/criminal/workplace investigations

I hold a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Accounting emphasis), and I’m a Board-Certified Physical Security Professional (PSP) through ASIS, as well as a certified Workplace Violence & Threat Specialist (McAfee Institute). I’m also an Advanced First Aid/CPR Instructor and a former Emergency Medical Technician with over 15 years of field experience. I'm also a current member in the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP).

What drives me is building integrated safety systems that do more than protect—they empower people. I believe security should be proactive, not reactive. I work to foster cultures of safety through education, collaboration, and trust across all levels of an organizations.
